drawing of the day #10 - stop crunching!!
So on the 18-19th of April, as of writing this, there will be an anime convention happening in Sunway, Kuala Lumpur (or would you consider Sunway city to be in Selangor?). I didn't get a booth there, but my friend did, so I'll be selling my Comic Fiesta leftovers and some new stuff there with her help.
So there I was, thinking "oh I want to make more prints. but I'll be realistic. Two prints should be enough." I ended up procrastinating them until this weekend (I was planning on printing them the Monday of the week of con).

So I crunched all weekend to finish these. I think they turned out alright - the marker brushes I have were EXCELLENT and I loved working with them. The first print had such a cute coloring book feel to it, but I definitely felt like I lost steam by the time I started coloring the second print. Which says a lot about how you shouldn't crunch things so close to deadlines, a lesson I clearly haven't learned even after a few year's worth of convention boothing experience.
I doubt there are a lot of FFXIV likers in Bearblog, so I won't really bother trying to market them - however I do plan on putting up printables on my ko-fi in case some of you just enjoy anime-styled art for the sake of it. I'll link that soon.
Hopefully they'll be at least well-received!
As a bonus: a commission of Estinien in traditional Malay garb that my sister commissioned in exchange for a bottle of perfume that I found was REALLY Estinien-core:

The perfume in question:
